COVID-19 POLICY CHANGES UPDATE!
During this time of uncertainty and rapid change, the staff at All Cats Clinic would like to reassure our clients that we are still open 6 days a week.
We are a small practice and are directly affected by school closings due to COVID-19. We are currently short-staffed, and our priority right now is to take care of sick and injured cats. We understand that many appointments have been made for well-visits during this time. We completely understand if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we simply ask that you call us at 479-571-1228 to do so.
We are adding extra measures to our already rigorous cleaning procedures. However, we understand if you do not want to come into the clinic. In order to comply with social distancing recommendations, All Cats Clinic asks for our clients to respect the following:
🐾 Until further notice, All Cats Clinic is a NO HANDSHAKE ZONE. Fist bumps and elbow bumps are great substitutes.
🐾Please call us when you are in the parking lot of the hospital for your pet’s scheduled appointment when you arrive so we can send a team member out to retrieve your pet. Your cat MUST be in a proper hard or soft-sided carrier (i.e., not on a leash, in a box, pillowcase, etc.)
🐾If you plan on leaving your pet for a drop-off visit, please visit our website and fill out any necessary paperwork prior to drop off. This will decrease unnecessary wait time in the lobby. https://allcatsclinicfayar.com/online-forms
🐾 Practice high levels of hand hygiene by washing your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and by utilizing the hand sanitizers located throughout the clinic.
🐾 Call ahead to order required prescription medications, food, flea/tick/heartworm control so we can arrange to have them ready for you without the need for you to wait in the lobby.
🐾 Let us know if you are running low on medication, food, and other prescription items well in advance.
🐾 If you have returned from overseas travel, please don't come to the clinic. If your pet needs urgent assistance, call to discuss your options.
🐾 If you have cold and flu symptoms, or are self-isolating, we ask that you delay your visit until the quarantine period is complete and symptoms are resolved. If your pet needs urgent assistance, please call us so we can determine the best course of action, which may include collecting your pet from your car or referring you to the Animal Emergency and Specialty Center of NWA.
🐾 If you are running late, please let us know in advance so we can manage this
We are working hard to continue providing complete veterinary care to your pets. However, in the event of a true emergency, we urge all clients to go to the Animal Emergency and Specialty Center of NWA in Springdale—they are open 24/7 and are equipped to handle emergency situations. Their number is 479-927-0007.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This situation is rapidly evolving, and we will provide updates as required. We are 💯 here for you and your pets during this stressful time and urge you to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.
