Maggie

Maggie

Office Manager

After becoming certified as a veterinary assistant through Petra Allied Health in 2010, Maggie joined All Cats Clinic, becoming our office manager in 2021. She has many veterinary medicine passions, including educating clients about neonatal/kitten care, dentistry and dietary needs. Maggie lives in Springdale with her husband, three children, cats Murphy and Domino, and her dog, Dudley.  She enjoys spending time with her family, kitty snuggles, going on walks with her dog, and going to animal-related charity events.

Jaiden

Jaiden

Veterinary Assistant

Jaiden has always had a deep-rooted passion for helping—whether it’s people or animals, lending a hand just comes naturally. Growing up in Springdale, Arkansas, her curiosity about animals and how they functioned kept her asking questions and seeking answers. That curiosity turned into a calling when her grandparents’ beloved black cat, Jinx, passed unexpectedly. The loss left Jaiden wondering if there was something that could have been done, sparking a lifelong drive to learn more about animal health and care.

Now living in Fayetteville, Jaiden is soaking up every bit of knowledge she can while working in a veterinary clinic, preparing for her journey to vet school. One of her favorite parts of the job is helping sweet kitties feel better when they’re under the weather (and, let’s be honest, getting to see all the adorable patients). She loves exploring the inner workings of a clinic and learning hands-on what it takes to keep animals happy and healthy.

At home, Jaiden shares her life with two rescue pets—Sable, a once-stray cat who decided Jaiden’s home was her forever spot, and Willy, a lovable pup who always keeps things interesting. When she’s not surrounded by animals, she’s channeling her competitive spirit into softball, a sport she’s played from the time she was seven.

Olivia

Olivia

Veterinary Assistant

Olivia joined All Cats Clinic in October 2024, bringing her passion for animal care—and especially cats—to the team. Originally from East Haven, Connecticut, she’s always felt a strong connection with animals and made it her mission to make them feel safe, understood, and well-cared for.

Before moving to Arkansas, Olivia worked at a pet store assisting with all kinds of birds, reptiles, ferrets, and bunnies and later as a vet assistant at a small animal clinic. Now, she’s found her perfect fit at All Cats, where she loves helping kitties feel calm during exams and learning new ways to make their visits smoother.

At home, Olivia’s pack includes a sun-loving bearded dragon, a clingy pineapple conure who’s always on her shoulder, and a playful grey cat who loves hunting down treats and toys.

Madi

Madi

Customer Service Representative

Madi’s love for animals began at an early age. She adopted her first kitten at just six years old with the help of her mom and started riding horses at seven, experiences that shaped her lifelong connection to animals. She began her career in veterinary medicine at a small animal clinic, where she worked with both dogs and cats. While she enjoyed caring for all animals, it didn’t take long for her to discover that her heart truly belonged to feline care.

Madi joined All Cats Clinic in March of 2022 as a Customer Service Representative and quickly became a familiar, friendly face at the front desk. She briefly stepped away in December of 2022 to pursue one of her lifelong passions, working with horses, in Texas. After an exciting chapter there, Madi returned home to Arkansas to be closer to family and was thrilled to rejoin the All Cats Clinic team in April of 2025.

As both a longtime client and devoted cat owner, Madi is proud to work at a clinic dedicated exclusively to feline care. She is passionate about making every client and their cat feel welcomed, understood, and supported from the moment they walk through the door.

Maverick

Maverick

Feline Relations Manager

Maverick has been a proud (and selective) member of the All Cats Clinic team since 2024. As our full-time clinic cat, he takes his duties very seriously—which include overseeing front desk activities from his throne, supervising the staff with a watchful glare, and maintaining a strict no-snuggle policy.

While he may not greet you with purrs and headbutts, Maverick brings his own special charm to the clinic. He prefers his personal space and appreciates being admired from afar. Think of him as our resident celebrity: cool, confident, and just a little mysterious.

Maverick reminds us daily that every cat has their own personality—and that respect goes a long way when it comes to feline friendships.
