Veterinarian, Practice Owner
Dr. Barbara Larsen grew up in Michigan and earned her DVM from Michigan State University in 1987. In 1988, she moved to Fayetteville, began working with Dr. Michael Mohler at Animal Medical Clinic, and purchased All Cats Clinic from him 2012. Dr. Larsen enjoys working with all her feline patients and has a special interest in senior and geriatric care. Her mission is for cats to get the same quality care as dogs do in mixed practices.
Dr. Allen
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Carley Allen will be joining the All Cats Clinic team as an associate veterinarian in 2026. Originally from Arkansas, she earned her DVM and MPH degrees from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. Her current interests include oncology, nutrition, and clinical trials.
Dr. Allen is licensed in Arkansas and Missouri, USDA accredited, a certified Cat Friendly Veterinarian, and a certified Pet Therapeutic Nutrition Coach. She is pursuing ABVP specialization in feline medicine and is an active member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Feline Veterinary Medical Association. She has also coordinated patient participation in clinical trials, including therapeutic weight loss and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy studies.
Her goal as a veterinarian is to provide compassionate, high-quality medical care while educating clients and building lasting relationships based on trust.
Outside of work, Dr. Allen enjoys classic car restoration, showing rabbits, bowling, working on the family farm, reading, speed puzzling, traveling, and volunteering with organizations such as FFA and 4-H. She also enjoys time with her two deaf cats, Molly and Nimbus, who joined her during veterinary school and now keep her entertained at home.
